Ubuntu / SDL / OGG support not available game doesn't start

Hi,
Running Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS Just installed Hedgewars from the official repository. The game launches fine and I hear background music, but when I go to start a match it fails and I get the error in this image: https://imgur.com/NIcQisc
If I turn off all game sounds and music then I can start a match fine, but as soon as I turn any sounds/music on, I get the same error.
Pasting my game log below in cast it's useful. Thanks in advance for any pointers!

Huh... I thought those were dependencies of the install...

so strange, I installed hedgewars yesternday in ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS with kernel 4.15.0-101-generic and run well. Of couser i instaled .deb version because i saw 2 version in Ubuntu software center, .deb and snap and i prefer .deb
