Adding option to set ready time left in the game scheme editor

I think it would be nice to have this option so players can customize even more the matches. In particular i would like this option so i can add more ready time left to the specialist matches so that there is more thought in the moves we make improving the quality of the matches.
There is already the option for retreat time so i dont think is a problem to add this.
The only reason why I haven't added it yet is because the screen would become too crowded.
This screen needs restructuring.
