Well I want to change the design of the plane actually, want to add some camouflage pattern to it. Can u please help me
Oh. You want to change the RC Plane sprite?

The sprite is here. It consists of a top frame that is tinted team colour, and a 2nd frame that is the overlay of non-tinted parts.
You could put your camo on either one or both. This sprite is not synced, so changing it is safe to do in multiplayer.
Just copy your change to ~/.hedgewars/Data/Graphics/RCPlane.png
you can also make an HWP file which consists a zip of a Graphics folder containing RCPlane.png thus Graphics/RCPlane.png
