Make the game for Android

I have a great suggestion for increasing the number of players, and I would love to play it on a mobile phone or tablet.
By making the game for android and other touch devices, it would be great for players to have more opportunity to play this game. Opening up more options to play beyond pcs, and it would be great for the game to have more players.
Having apk support would be great to install without needing to go to google play.
Hedgewars used to have Android support. However, the maintaining of this release is now frozen solid, leaving iOS the only mobile version avaliable atm. Unless you are willing to compile the game for Android yourself, the old android version is the only thing that you can do.
