weird misc things with voicepacks

i almost wrote "soundbanks" ergh
anyway, there are some things i'd like to report for voicepacks in 1.0.0 rn
- Classic voicepack has no Revenge taunt
- Revenge taunt has no fallback
- Hmm has a fallback of Hello, but that's not documented on KB

It's a very old voicepack and adding new sounds will be hard unless you can find a voice actor that can reproduce this exact voice somehow.
Yes. I’m not sure what would be a good fallback.
I just checked Taunts, but it *is* documented.
