Heya guys, welcome to the SEMIFINALS stage and congrats to our new semifinalists.

The semifinals will be played with the same rules as in Round 2 with the exception that all matches must be played to the best of 5 (rather than to the best of 3, as in previous rounds).

lol, the deadline is set from one day to another? I was talking with Rom and it's too early. I will talk with cri for our match but it will hardly be tomorrow (today).

When is the final?

Greetings all!
I'd like to clarify that the delay experienced was because of the undecided result of the scheduled match between cri.thegrinch and amn.

Yesterday they were given 24 hours to complete the match, or else amn would make it to the final because of cri.thegrinch's extended unavailaibilty. Having said that, the 24 hours have been completed and with no sign of cri.thegrinch, I'd like to announce that amn has made it to the final.

Congratulations to both eldiablo and amn, and we hope to see real soon, who will emerge as the tournament champion

However, I'd like to point out that the results would have stayed the same regardless of who won.

Greetings hogs! So with plenty of time given to both players to play their match, we've decided that the deadline is up. Only one of the players has been active and available on the game server in the last days (while the other player was nowhere to be found) and is therefore decided to be the winner.

Whut?!? eldiablo didn't play the finals? Meh that's pretty lame, eldiablo had good chances to win this thournament IMO. I don't understand why eldiablo blew it.

Hey guys, here the demos of me vs Rom1 for the 3rd place.. I won 3-2 playing some nice and some funny matches.. =) I think that in the 3rd match Rom1 did one of the best move on tourney in the first turn. I failed too much so let's train guys, hope to see u all shoppers online more often.

I did not say that to the best of my knowledge, and I doubt cri.thegrinch said something of the sort either. Logs would be appreciated?

You are free to call it lame and what not, but I wonder if you actually thought you were getting forever to play the final? We can't have that for more than obvious reasons, not everyone can be inconvenienced to a delay just because of one person not showing up for their match.

One of the tournament prerequisites in order to participate, as you might call it, clearly is:

It's rather unfortunate you couldn't make it, but you and your opponent were clearly given more than a week to complete the respective matches involved in the tie. There was no such statement from us, stating that the players involved in the final had "no schedule" or that they had some sort of liberty to play on their own sweet time, regardless if it took weeks or months.

u see now what is the problem if i am allready the black sheep here, we have meet before 5 times me and amn untill my net wasnt turned off and amn didnt wanted to play, so wtf what is that.. and you personaly said nexia to me in game that there is no schedlule for finals.

Just FYI, after some days after the chaos of the tournament deadline talks and the winner (me), me and eldiablo played a regular match up to the best of 5 and I won. This just to don't make the reputation of this tournament dirtier than it seemed. Everything was fine in the end.
