Not everyone played their games last round, so I've had to forfeit some players. Players who haven't been responding at all (Izack1535, Lights and Keny) have been dropped from the tournament. Mikade is out too due to internet connection problems.
For the other players who haven't played their games, you're still in the tournament. For your games, I've tried to establish who's been making an effort to get their game played, and decided the result accordingly. 1F-0F means the player on the left wins due to forfeit. Please try and play this time.
Otoh, this round we're welcoming latecomers asmo (who was in hospital), and myself (I'm making up the numbers, so everyone has a game). Good luck guys! 
Some things to clear up:
- YOU MUST CHECK YOUR HEDGEWARS.ORG PRIVATE MESSAGES REGULARLY! THIS IS THE PRIMARY WAY TO CONTACT YOUR OPPONENT!
- The weapon set picture confused some people. You're supposed to create a copy of the default weapon set, and only then make the adjustments in the picture. Otherwise, the delays for some weapons won't be right.
- You're supposed to play every round. You're not eliminated. If you lost your first game, you're still in!
- I don't plan to chase people up over demos. Please upload them though.

We have eastern that weekend (catholics) so I think in many countries people are migrating to their families where may not be possible to play hedgewars. I think that round should be longer and "deadline" should be set at midnight - 31 april/1 may

Since I was under the impression that I'd forfeited, the news of my still being in the running for Best Hedgewars Player on Earth (the announcement of Round 2 pairings) didn't reach me until the 23rd (complicated by the fact that I've stopped idling in #hedgewars because of an office remodel that's completed this Friday).
I checked my inbox on the 23rd to find that my opponent, Jeremy was only available to play up to THAT NIGHT (my local time), and after that wouldn't be able to play until Sunday the 8th of May. I sent him a message ASAP but didn't get/don't expect a reply until May.
If I were granted a second by/bie/bye-game (Win by opponent's forfeit/inability to play) I don't think that would be fair at ALL to all the great players who are actually playing and winning matches with their opponents.
I don't know why you assumed you'd forfeited, it was your opponent who was failing to respond to your match requests last round.
But yes, I'm going to have to forfeit you this round given that you've already had more than a week to try to play, and Jeremy has made an effort to contact you. However... you're still in the tournament, unless you decide that being the Best Hedgewars Player on Earth is the only thing that really matters... in which case, let me know so I don't pair you up with someone again.
Claymore, you said me that we'll work something out.. I don't want this match is won by default, can we play the match Saturday 7 May ? (if doubledutch can play the match this date)
I know the winner of round 2 will play with an other winner but you could consider me (it's an example) (or doubledutch) win the round 2 to make the list of opponent for round 3 and if i lose against doubledutch, we will shall invert our opponents, and we will have approximately 3 days to play against opponent for round 3.

You're not the only one who has requested to do this (or play someone else who was unable to get a game), but it would make things much harder to keep track of. I don't want all these complications, especially when he had ample time to arrange to play you. I know you want to win your games by actually playing them, as you should. But I'm sorry, this is my final word on the matter.
You should both get games next round now I've kicked a few more slackers (+ people who had genuinely good reasons for not playing).
I sent three messages to my opponent doomy. He replied once, saying he "has time". But he didnt answer to two more messages of me asking for the match, even tough he was online a couple of times.
So why have not played, I think the irresponsibility of some players in this tournament I was disappointed, not so difficult to organize. You can prevent earlier that''we're going to be for a while'',''or you're not going to be 2 rounds''for that you do not register in the tournament, I feel my severity. Please more organization for Round 3. The Tournament Comicion
