I finally managed to obtain the PDF. Sorry for bothering you. And I still hate Ziddu.

I have two questions:

• What happens on a draw (this is rare but possible)?

• When does the cup begin?

1. Simple. A message will be send to the competitors to choose only one from two/three groups. They will not know the players in the group until the draw is finished

2. The cup will begin around December. A month from now.

Team Change

I think Wuzzy is asking what happens when a "round draw" happens in the games. Not the "player vs player" draw (finding your opponent, finding your group) ^^
There are a number of possibilities, but "what if" the result turns out to be a deadlock (in-part because of round draws), in a match.

1. What would happen in the event, if this happens?
2. How many games are played in a match between players?

@Wuzzy, I think the Shoppa Cup is sometime next month.

Hi, the dropbox link in the first post just leads me to a 403 page ...

It is a direct download link. Try Chrome instead.

Huh? Why would browser matter then? I got a 403 in w3m and wget too.
I then went on to Firefox (my browser of choice) and, just in case the tracking ID Google had added to their browser was somehow a magic ingredient, Chrome.

They all 403'd.
Conclusion, the direct download link requires some additional permissions related to your account. My guess is you need to fix file permissions. I bet you'll get a 403 w/ private browsing enabled too (ctrl-shift-p in Firefox)
